Do you do program requests? If you want a simple program done that is not related to the internet than I can usually do it. If you are from Neopets and want a cheating program, than depending on the program, I may be able to do it. It just all depends usually, however for any other requests besides the two mentioned, I can most likely NOT do it right now as I am still very new. Basically, judge for yourself depending on the projects I currently have up and running.
How did you learn Python? Now, unlike CSS and HTML where I stared a source codes and stole other people's work and learned how it all came together to learn those two things, I actually started learning Python from the ground up. For most programming languages, it is best to start this way. Start small, and work your way up in the direction you are interested in going. A good tool for very beginner stuff is: http://www.codeacademy.com/
"I have learned a good bit, but how do I create an actual program?" This is very simple, but will take a little to explain. First off, if you are in Windows I know go to where your actual program file is in your directory and click on it. It should pop up as if it looks like a command prompt. If it is all to your liking create a file called "setup.py" with the coding in the text box to the right. Then, replace FILE NAME HERE with the file with your coding within it and save it in the same area as where the other file is. Then, go to your command prompt and do First Input: cd FILE LOCATION Second Input: python setup.py py2exe However, make sure you have Py2exe installed in your computer. You can find the download here. Then you should be done! It will be in a file called "dist" in there you can delete the w9xpopopen file and now you have one standalone program. Congratulations! Note: If it says python not an internal or external command, then please click here to check out this tutorial.
So do you do any other programming types? I do not actually. I am learning the script language of Python and hope to continue. While some say Java and C# and C are more important and better, I would much more enjoy to continue with Python as it comes easy and is very fluid to me. I enjoy it so I will stick with it!
